About this property
Whistler - Cascade Lodge 632
Forest, mountain, or village? All three views are available to you in this lovely Cascade Lodge condo, depending on where you decide to sit! But no matter where you relax, this condo is prepared to be your Whistler home base. Enjoy shared access to a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, a fitness room, and a ski valet - all within walking distance of the lifts and the heart of Whistler Village. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable, and the private washer/dryer will keep all the gear in top order. Younger guests (or those who wouldn't mind being closer to the private balcony) will enjoy camping out on the living room sofabed. A truly ideal location, this condo sits only minutes from the Village's most popular activities, distinctive shops, and in-demand restaurants. No matter the season, there's something to do in Whistler! In winter, the ski lifts are within a short walk or bus trip via the complimentary village shuttle, which stops directly outside the lodge. Head up to the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, the highest lift in the world at 1,427 feet, which runs from Blackcomb to Whistler Mountain. You'll have nearly 8,200 acres of ski runs and trails to explore during your stay. Folks seeking an extra challenge will also love the options for heli-skiing in the area. If you're visiting at a warmer time of year, be sure to attend the Crankworx festival in Summer! The pool and hot tubs are outdoor facilities at the Cascade Lodge. For the safety of our guests, heavy snow, cold temperatures, and/or icy conditions will determine if the pool and hot tubs are available. Please be advised that renovation work will be taking place in a number of units within Cascade Lodge from September 6th to November 27th, 2026. During this time, guests may experience increased noise levels. There will be no impact to access and availability of our common areas.

Have been here 5 times and will come back!
Fully stocked kitchens, apartment style amenities, fabulous prices, and the pool and hot tub are favourites of my kids. Fabulous location close to the village stroll, grocery store, and playground.

Great location
We have stayed in many different locations in Whistler, but this is the first time staying in Cascade Lodge. We loved the location as it was must a few minutes walk into the village, but still a quiet location.
What stood out most was the view from this 6th floor room - unblocked view of Blackcomb and Whistler mountains.
The only drawback we found was noise from the neighboring electrical room.

Nice, simple stay
My family stayed here for 2 nights in early June. Small cons: no “smart” tvs (we wanted to watch a movie with our kids in the evening), small bed in bedroom (an update to a King would be great!), kids complained about pull out couch mattress being uncomfortable. Pros: Room was clean, plenty of bath linens provided, check in/out was super easy, front desk staff was helpful and polite, views were great, and heated pool was fun for the kids even in 45 degree temps.

Maximum price for lowest quality
Staff were responsive and helpful and good location. After that downhill the AC was loud, bathroom would not stop, very tired unit pix must have been taken awhile ago, dishwasher needed servicing, got to get soap, dishwasher detergent, etc from front desk. not major but a pain.

Not a great room.
It’s nice location. Pool is nice. Air conditioning wasn’t good. So noisy at night night time, we had to turn it off as it was so noisy and we couldn’t sleep. This unit facing the street, it gets very noisy in early morning. Mattress was horrible not comfortable at all. ! We couldn’t have a one good night sleep in past 3 nights. So hot & noisy! Air conditioning was not working properly and extremely noisy if you leave it on at night time.

Great location and amenities.
Steps from the lifts and village amenities. The complex has good amenities. With COVID restrictions, the large outdoor heated pool offered lots of space to maintain social distancing however the two small outdoor hot tubs did not and were constantly full which meant we could not enjoy them however this was not the properties fault.

Great spot!
Excellent view, quiet and comfortable. Only downside to preventing a full rating, was the fact the two sliding doors didn’t lock below, and no secondary lock on the front door high up (ie: chain lock). This made me nervous for my curious toddler who knows how to open sliding doors and front doors.

Nice Facility - Outdoor Pool & Hottub Excellent
The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and excellent for use in winter conditions. The only complaint was that the mattress in unit #632 was too firm, resulting in poor sleep and waking up with a sore back and neck. The mattress needs to be upgraded.

The rest of the team is very hospitable and friendly. I haven't encountered any problem. Would like to commend Hanna from the front desk for being so accommodating on our request. Thank you see you all again soon.
