Amazing little apartment for our family of four (two adult kids). Actually felt like home after a couple of days. VERY walkable neighborhood with daily grocery shopping and the most amazing Beergarden at “Schillerplatz”. Public transportation is a cinch all over the city and this location has tram stops witching 5 min walk.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and the location perfect. We already miss our walks along the river. We hope to be back one day ;)

Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment

We enjoyed the stay in this lovely apartment which is located in a for this area typical villa in Dresden Blasewitz. Parking in front of the house. Walking distance to Schillerplatz with our favourite Biergarten- Schillergarten. A supermarket is just around the corner. Tram ride to the city center takes about 20 min.ridewalk.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit Charme in toller Lage in Blasewitz. Supermarkt, Restaurants, die Elbe alles in kurzer Gehdistanz, die Haltestelle der Strassenbahn, welche direkt in die Altstadt fährt, ist ebenfalls ganz nah.

Sehr schöne, großzügige und gut gelegene Altbauferienwohnung, mit allem, was man braucht.Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und doch ist man in drei Gehminuten an der Elbe oder in fünf Minuten am Supermarkt/Bäcker. Mit der Tram ist man in 20 Minuten mitten in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Auch bei großer Hitze kann man es aushalten. Die Lage ist ideal: ein großer Supermakrt um die Ecke, ebenso die Straßenbahn mit direkter Verbindung ins Zentrum.Ein idealer Ort, um die schöne Stadt Fresden und die Umgebung mit viel Natur zu erkunden.

Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung nah am Blauen Wunder

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, war sehr sauber und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist fast an der Elbe gelegen und am Schillerplatz beim blauen Wunder gibt es nette Lokale und einen schönen Biergarten.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit bester Anbindung in Richtung Stadt und Land

Die Wohnung ist eine wirkliche Perle in Dresden-Blasewitz, das mit seiner geschlossen erhaltenen Bausubstanz aus dem 19. Jahrhundert bestimmt zu den schönsten deutschen Villengegenden gehört. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Umsicht modernisiert und eingerichtet und verbindet überaus charmant altes und neues Mobiliar. Ein wunderschöner Balkon macht aus ihr eine perfekte Frühjahrs- und Sommerwohnung, der Kamin eine perfekte Herbst- und Winterwohnung. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend auch für längere Aufenthalte angelegt und bietet Möglichkeiten, sich in jeder Hinsicht und auf hohem Niveau selbst zu versorgen. Die Gegend ist sehr gut angebunden und die Straßenbahn verbindet die Wohnung ohne Umstieg ebenso schnell mit der Altstadt wie mit dem Bahnhof. Wunderschön ist die Nähe zur Natur/Elbe und zu den angrenzenden Ausflugszielen Pillnitz, Meißen, Sächsische Schweiz, etc. und bietet einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für Touren jeder Art. Die Gastgeber:innen sind äußerst zuvorkommend, verbindlich und zuverlässig, weltoffen und charmant (und dabei in gleicher Weise unaufdringlich und vertrauensvoll). In diesem Sinn ist die Wohnung unbedingt empfehlenswert für längere und kürzere Aufenthalte sowie für jung und alt.

Nie wieder

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings hat an einigen Dingen schon der Zahn der Zeit genagt. Am ersten Abend als sich unser Sohn ins Bett legte, ist das Lattenrost samt Matraze nach unten durchgerutscht, die Auflageleiste war rausgerissen. Als wir den Vermieter darüber informiert haben, ebenso wie darüber, dass die antiken Stühle im Esszimmer angebrochen und z.T. aus dem Leim waren und die Nachttischlampen im Kinderzimmer nicht funktionieren, hat er sehr unfreundlich reagiert. Er hat die Information als Drohung aufgefasst und uns den sofortigen Auszug nahegelegt. Eine Reparatur hat er frühestens 3 Tage später in Aussicht gestellt und wollte, dass wir diese bezahlen. Erst durch die Vermittlung von Fewodirekt ging die Reparatur schneller und eine Bezahlung wurde nicht mehr verlangt. Die Stühle im Esszimmer haben wir eine Woche lang nicht genutzt, um weiteren Ärger zu vermeiden und haben zu viert mit einem winzigen Küchentisch mit schiefer Tischplatte vorlieb genommen. Fazit: Wer gern in einem Museum wohnt, wird sich wohlfühlen. Für war es kein erholsamer Urlaub.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Dresden

Die große Wohnung begeistert durch die gute Lage - nämlich ruhig und doch nah an einer Haltestelle, sodass man in ca. 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor dem Haus. In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein großer Supermarkt. Der Check-in läuft unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt (2 Schlafzimmer). Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein innenliegendes sehr großes Bad mit WC, zwei Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne sowie viel Platz. Zum zweiten Schlafzimmer gehört ein sehr kleines Bad mit WC, Dusche und einem Gästewaschbecken, welches doch zu viel "Gematsche" führt. Bei mancher Türklinke hatte man ein wenig Bedenken, ob man diese nicht mal "in der Hand" hat. Bettwäsche, Handtüchr, Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Besteck, Gläser etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden, des Weiteren Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Bei etwas höheren Temperaturen lässt es sich sicherlich auch sehr nett auf dem Balkon sitzen. Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer lässt sich ausziehen, sodass man auch mit 6 oder mehr Personen (je nach vorhandenen Sitzgelegenheiten) bequem sitzen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert. Fragen wurden schnell geklärt.

Herrlicher Dresden-Urlaub im Herbst

Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie und haben uns eine Woche lang richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung umgarnt einen durch ihren Stil, die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Elbe ist fantastisch. Man ist sowohl schnell in der Stadt als auch im Grünen. Auch (oder gerade?) im Herbst sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren für eine kunsthistorische Recherche in Dresden und - was soll ich sagen - das Haus Liebing war ein der Schönheit der Kunstsammlungen Dresden entsprechendes Erlebnis. Der Kamin für die kühlen Abende, dazu die zu Blühen beginnende Glyzinie auf der Veranda, herrliche Möbel, eine mit allem ausgestattete Küche - und nicht zuletzt - bequeme Betten mit einem Master-Bad en suite. Danke, Familie Hülsenberg, auch für warmherzige Begrüßung mit Sekt und Blumen!

Haus Liebing war für uns eine Enttäuschung

Auf Grund der positiven Bewertungen und der Erwähnung des Hauses in der Urlaubsarchitektur waren unsere Erwartungen hoch, aber die Wohnung konnte diesen nicht entsprechen. Die Sitzmöbel sind teilweise defekt oder zerschlissen, die Polsterung einer Sitzbank im Flur quillt hervor und wird notdürftig mit einem Stück Stoff bedeckt. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig: Der Geschirrschrank ist verstaubt, Küchenschubladen scheinen schon länger nicht mehr gesäubert worden zu sein bzw. enthalten längst abgelaufene Lebensmittel, eine leere Ölflasche, eingetrocknete Gewürze, ein nicht gesäuberter Backofen etc. machen deutlich, hier wird nicht gründlich geputzt und kontrolliert. Sämtliche Lampen zeigen deutliche Staubschichten, die Dichtungsleisten der Glastüren in den Duschen sind unappetitlich braun - schwarz. Es wird zwar darauf hingewiesen, dass wegen Corona alle Kontaktflächen desinfiziert würden, was ich aber bezweifeln muss, u.a. wegen des halb aufgebrauchten, vergammelten Seifenstückes im Bad. Diese Wohnung , schließlich ist sie sehr teuer, ist von einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis weit entfernt.
