Charming Victorian house in downtown Hamilton Ohio, 3 minute drive to Spooky Nook Sports Complex and 20 minutes to Miami University. Sleeps 7 upstairs in 4 bedrooms and can sleep 2 on first floor. 30 minutes to King's Island or downtown Cincinnati. Spacious and very clean with everything needed for an enjoyable stay including a washer and dryer. Full kitchen is outfitted with all dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.

Working with Greg was easy. He did a great job of communicating and was very flexible. We truly enjoyed our stay! It was obvious there was newer furniture and revisions on the inside to make the place feel warm and comfortable! We really like the layout and felt it was very worth the price! Older home that has been updated very nicely. Ideal spot if you are in Hamilton for an event at Spooky Nook complex. Only a mile away. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby as well.Greg had a great supply of necessities. One thing to be aware of. The bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor but one of the full baths is off the dining room on the 1st floor.
