Architect's home on 16 acres with gorgeous views of valley below

Our custom home designed by my architect husband is ideally located in the "sweet spot" of a dozen Tennessee waterfalls and excellent hiking trails. Whether a summer getaway, family vacation or special occasion, you won't regret booking with us. Access to the Caney Fork River is available nearby.

On the first floor, you will enjoy the spacious living room with fire place & leather recliners, adjacent kitchen with gathering island, dining room that seats 8 and master bedroom and ensuite.

Upstairs, we offer a 20x30 suite with queen bed, love seat, dining table for 4, kitchenette and bathroom. Another full bathroom with tub is available, as well as a private bedroom with queen bed and antique dresser overlooking the valley below. And for the kids, there's a bunk bed with a twin up top, a full below, and an extra twin bed too. In that room, there's a round glass table with chairs as well.

Outside, is a large covered porch overlooking the valley below. The outdoor dining table seats 6 but can be expanded to seat 10. Or enjoy a seating area with a rocker, bench seat and even a hanging swing. Just a few steps away is the hot tub for soaking after a day's hike.

Nearby is a boat ramp to the Caney Fork River should you want to bring a boat. Or you're welcome to take a short hike down to our riverside deck along that same river.
