Enjoy your stay in historic Guthrie in an area that is near the city's beginnings. The Orange Door is centrally located, near downtown shops, near interstate 35 and near historic buildings, including museums. The house itself has a history that is tied to the early days.
The apartment is the downstairs of a house built to board congressmen who would work in the Capitol building. (At least that's the story we were told by a grandpa who born in 1902 and lived to 102. He actually owned this house for years) It is old, has sloping floors and uneven front porch.
The Orange Door has two bedrooms, both a little small. There is a queen bed in one room and a twin in the other. There is a Pac and Play available.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet - stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The living area is cozy, comfortable and has board games in the cabinet.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. There should be enough dishes, pots and pans, utensils, plates, glasses, flatware, even coffee mugs.
If there is somethings else you will need, ask and we'll see.
We have two security cameras outside. Enjoy your stay!
