$100/night charge for each additional guest that was not on the list at time of booking. If towels/sheets are stained extra charged to replace.
Quite time 10PM. No outdoor fires. Guest are not allowed on the property to the west and we are not responsible for injury if you enter that property

It was a quiet neigborhood away from town, which was just what we were looking for! The layout of the house was great! Communication with our host was fantastic! We had an issue with checking-in (to no fault of the host) and she helped us right away!

This house is super comfortable and has a great front porch to relax on. We were minutes from the Lazy E making it easy to come and go as we needed to.

I love hearing the birds sing and the rustle of the leaves on the trees. I love sitting on the front porch in the morning before the day begins and in the evening to enjoy the moon light and stars.

What makes this property unique

The property is so close to the Lazy E arena as well as Guthrie, Ok. We are located half way between Edmond and Guthrie.
