Such a beautiful, clean, well maintained home in a very serene setting. Barbara has such nature inspired, cozy decor. And her beautiful flowers attracted hummingbirds to watch each day.

Barbara’s place was great! Very clean, comfortable, and a beautiful location. The views from the deck and dock were relaxing. Comfortable beds, pillows and furnishings. We’ve stayed at many Vrbos in the past - everything here was as listed, with the addition of little things that the cabin had that made the stay so easy. We would gladly return!

Beautiful property overlooking lake. The fire pit and canoe/kayaks were real pluses! Very well stocked kitchen and nice appliances. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels and washcloths. Owner is clearly a knowledgeable botanist, gardener, herbalist. Our party included 4 adults and a 4 year old. We all had a blast!

This was our first family trip up to the boundary waters area and we had a blast! It was a little hard to find the cabin just due to the GPS/wifi cutting out, but once we got there and settled in, it was the perfect place to enjoy our summer vacation! The cabin itself was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, toiletries, etc... and we absolutely loved the dock and quiet lake view. My husband caught walleye, pike, and smallmouth bass while my daughter enjoyed canoeing and I indulged in some reading and sunbathing! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay and would definitely recommend it for families, couples, or fishing enthusiasts who want a quiet, relaxing lakeside experience. :)
