Your luxury apartment 0.11 is located in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, just a few metres from the white Baltic Sea beach, and accommodates 2 (+2) people in 82 m² with an open-concept bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Your dog is also welcome!

You’ll find an open, well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area in the living area. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower. The open-concept living/dining area is complemented by a comfortable sofa that sleeps 2 people. The separate bedroom, featuring a double box-spring bed, is separated by sliding slatted doors.

The highlights of the apartment are its private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and the partially covered, furnished terrace with a beach chair, perfect for relaxing in the sea air! The apartment includes an outdoor parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped back to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street "An der Waldkapelle"; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via "Strandallee."

Our reception desk, located at the main entrance on the ground floor, handles check-in and provides concierge services for our guests.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which features privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be accessible. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bike storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
