The “Am Rosenhain 23, Apartment 1” apartment welcomes you to an attractive location on the ground floor of a building in Timmendorfer Strand. With an area of 40 m², this holiday rental can accommodate up to three people and is particularly suitable for couples or small families.

The apartment features a total of two rooms: a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm, separate mattresses) and a cosy living room with a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm).

The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and plenty of cooking utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The apartment’s entertainment system includes a TV, Blu-ray, DVD, and CD players, a radio, and a hi-fi system.

The furnished terrace on the ground floor is the perfect spot to relax outdoors. You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room.

The apartment’s location is ideal for both beachgoers and active holidaymakers: the fine-sand beach at Timmendorfer Strand is only about 800 metres away. The town centre, various shopping options, and the train station are all within a radius of one to two kilometres, ensuring convenient access to amenities and flexible mobility. From May 1,-15.09.2026, a free beach chair is available at Bade 2.

Timmendorfer Strand and the surrounding area offer numerous recreational options. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy golf, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, and hiking.
