Eine sehr schöne, saubere und gut gepflegte Anlage. Wir waren über Ostern 2024 vor Ort und wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung war genau so gut gepflegt wie die gesamte Anlage. Der kleine Spielplatz auf dem Dach, sowie der kleine Indoorspielplatz war für unsere Tochter ( 1.Jahr optimal ) und mit dem Sport und Saunabereich kamen auch die großen auf ihre Kosten. Wir haben die 1. Woche sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren schon in anderen Wohnungen in Pelzerhaken-Südkap. Diese waren gastfreundlicher und liebevoller eingerichtet und hatten mehr Charme. Es gibt Flecken und Verfärbungen an den Wänden (vor allem im Flur), ein Eimer Farbe würde helfen. Dass die Seifenspender in den Bädern aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen nicht gefüllt sind ist ein Witz. Die Anlage an sich ist top und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist nicht zu schlagen. Das Team von urlando ist immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.
