Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, Luxury Apartment 2.09 is located on the 2nd floor of the “White Pearl” and offers space for 2 people and a dog in a 53 m² unit.

A well-equipped kitchenette with a separate dining area in the living space awaits you. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a sofa. The separate bedroom, featuring a double box-spring bed, is separated by sliding louvered doors. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower.

Highlights of the apartment include a private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and a furnished balcony that invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an outdoor parking space. This apartment is barrier-free in accordance with LBO regulations.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018/19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property featuring 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment features its own balcony or terrace, with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
