"Seebrücke" Vacation Apartment for 2 People, with a View of the Baltic Sea—Allergy-Friendly

The "Seebrücke" two-room apartment is located on the second floor of Villa Meeresrauschen and is designed to accommodate two people.

You’ll be greeted by a bright, open living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a counter serving as the dining area—the entire living area offers a view of the sea. There’s also a bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower. All rooms feature underfloor heating.

You can access the beautiful balcony, complete with an awning and comfortable patio furniture, from the living room. From here, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Lübeck Bay. Since we’re allergy-friendly, we do not allow pets, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

Park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space, No. 18a. Use the underground garage entrance located in the corner. Take the lift or the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Villa Meeresrauschen is located in the front row and right next to the pier in Pelzerhaken.

After just a few steps, you’ll be standing with your feet right in the beautiful Baltic Sea sand and can enjoy the sea air.

The resort is located right on the bridge forecourt in Pelzerhaken. This means you’re not only just steps away from the beach but also from the small restaurants and beach shops.
Pelzerhaken is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a quiet holiday spot on the Baltic Sea. Even during peak season, you can still easily find a relaxing spot on the beach here, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You can enjoy long walks and sunsets on the beach at any time of year!

Villa Meeresrauschen features a lockable bike storage room in the basement that’s available for shared use.

Your car has a permanently reserved parking space on the property during your stay. The car park is equipped with a gate that can be opened at the push of a button or with your apartment key (for entering and exiting).

The clearance height for the underground car park is 2.00 m!

Super auch, dass alle Bedienungsanleitungen der Küchengeräte vorhanden waren - eine Seltenheit! Küche gut ausgestattet, lediglich das Besteck könnte verstärkt werden, da die Spülmaschine nicht täglich läuft. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit herrlichem Blick auf Strandpromenade und See!

Ferienwohnung Seebrücke

Haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Und dieser Ausblick einfach traumhaft, würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut nichts zu bemängeln 👍
