The apartment itself was nice, however the building had a musty smell, the neighbors were loud and talked until late in the night. I believe the bedroom shared a wall with the adjoining unit due to how loud they sounded. The location of the listing is not a place where I would venture out at night

We would like to clarify that our property is located in an established residential neighborhood, directly adjacent to two churches and near several senior living communities, including upscale senior housing and housing for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We believe the guest’s characterization of the neighborhood does not accurately reflect the surrounding community. Regarding the noise and musty smell, we wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during the stay so our team could have investigated and addressed them promptly. We take guest comfort seriously and remain committed to providing clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations.
