Situated in Sa Marina , a small village about 7 km from the centre of Budoni , this solution enjoys a large garden with lawn and sea view . The location is ideal for those who do not want to renounce tranquillity but want to have all conveniences in the immediate vicinity . Access is via a secondary road with a small dirt track . Parking is available both internally and on the road .

The cottages are separated by a portico for shared use with a small relaxation area . The outdoor patio offers a dining area with a sea view and leads to the kitchen area, which is bright, spacious and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, cooker and oven. The small hamlet of Sa Marina is under development, so the urbanisation is not complete and there are no services or shops. For this reason, access to the facilities requires a small dirt track (20 metres) and a car is indispensable.
