Not far from the house there are various types of services and premises such as market, bar, restaurant, tobacconist, post office etc. On summer evenings the center of the town comes alive with markets, musical events, rides and shows of various kinds. There are various places and meeting places and it is possible to carry out various recreational and sporting activities. In the country you can easily move on foot but there are also bus and taxi services to reach the beaches and nearby places. The house is located about 30km from the port, airport and train station of Olbia.
