The home comfortably accommodates 8 guests but is ideally suited for 6-7 for optimal comfort. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, and a valid ID may be required upon request. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $250 fee, and any guests beyond the confirmed reservation count will be charged $50 per person, per night. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and will result in a $500 fine plus additional costs for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
