The space is a freshly renovated garden-level studio located below our family home. Within the private entrance, you’ll find a bright and comfortable studio with large french doors that look out onto the lush garden, creating a tranquil retreat after a day of adventure. Ideal for solo travelers or couples, this compact yet cozy studio combines comfort, convenience, and the charm of downtown Golden, which is just a short walk away.

Note: We have a cat, Finn. You’ll likely see him roaming around outside. He can be friendly and curious, or also standoffish, you never know :) We don’t allow him to hang out in the studio, so hopefully anyone with allergies is not affected, and we work to ensure a thorough cleaning each time, but please let us know if cat allergies is a concern.
