Charming neighborhood in the Old Town (74 m²) near downtown and the lake

On the street where the Grand Ducal Architect of Mecklenburg-Schwerin once lived, a spacious 3-room apartment awaits you on the 2nd floor, featuring 74 square metres of living space, 2 separate bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a guest bathroom.

A parking space for a car is available in the courtyard; however, it is too narrow for larger vehicles.

Demmlerstraße is located in the historic old town centre; it is only a short walk (approx. 15 min.) to city centre Schwerin or Schwerin Castle.

The living room features a leather couch and two comfortable armchairs with a footstool, providing ample seating.
The beds in both bedrooms measure 180 x 200 cm.
The open, fully equipped kitchen features a large refrigerator, oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi with 300 Mbit/s are available.
The spacious bathroom features a 90x90 cm shower with a rain showerhead, a bathtub, and two sinks. The bathroom area is complemented by a separate guest bathroom.
