We arrived later in the evening and found our room wasn't cleaned yet. We got a hold of them and they were very apologetic and had someone come right over and clean it. They were promt and curtious and took care of the situation. It was a beautiful place.

This place is amazing. The location is great. It's decorated beautifully. It has everything you could need, comfy beds, was very clean. We felt spoiled staying in such a nice place!My only comment is the check in process was not smooth. We weren't able to get into the apartment until about 25 minutes after check in because the codes provided didnt work. There are also steps (sequence of buttons)/extra codes to the elevator and those weren't shared/explained originally at all. Every door will have a different code. We had to call and go back and forth for a bit to finally get codes working. It was a minor blip in an overall pleasant stay! I would stay here again!
