you booked last minute. Vrbo is not very user-friendly on the app and I was not notified with enough advanced notice. The space is located in a private residencial with 24 hour security. It's not meant to be found easily due to safety. More communication was needed as well as more time prior to your booking. Thank you and I apologize for the inconvenience
