Lovely villa in a peaceful area

Great property with all you need for a comfortable stay. Really clean and tidy villa with shops within 15mins walking distance. Would recommend a car to see visit the beaches and local areas. If anything my partner found the beds uncomfortable in the master bedroom however this was a personal preference.

Fabulous getaway

A lovely property that has that home from home feeling. Everything you could ever want was supplied at the property, all very clean and tidy. The heated pool is not big but was fantastic for us , heated to a nice temperature definitely worth the extra to have it heated in February. The property is in a residential area which was lovely and quiet for us ,not too many shops or restaurants in walking distance but all amenities are only a five minute drive. I cannot say enough about this lovely villa it really is a little gem , fantastic communication with everybody involved made it a delight to stay with in. Would definitely look at booking it again when we are back in the area. Congratulations to all involved in this villa

Poor Quality and Unclean

The property was described as a luxury villa but it was far from that. The outside was dirty with cigarette ends around the place, but ends in the plant pots, in the borders, rubbish behind the pool. The door mat was dirty and had holes in it, the bedding was polyester and poor quality, we had to buy new for our stay, the pillows were badly stained with no covers on them, the bed was broken with two missing supports missing meaning the bed dipped badly in the middle, the bed squeaked with every little movement, the roof terrace and balconies were all dirty and unusable, the glass was dirty from day one, the pictures showing an oven on the top floor is rusty, the shower head is all rusty, the kitchen had only been wiped and not cleaned, the oven had a tray full of grease, the hob extractor had grease on the underside, there were cockroaches in the pool, a cockroach in the bathroom, ants in the living room, the communal bins are just a few meters away and attract vermin, the locals are always dumping what they can at the bins so there’s plenty pulled up in the road, dog poo in the streets and in the foot paths, where do I finish I could continue. This place was advertised as a luxury villa but it’s just a business, the owners also own the property next door. I did contact the owners but it simply fell on def ears stating that no one else has raised the points we have. I do know the handling agent is in there today giving it a good cleaning after our concerns have been raised.

Wir hatten Sue und Chris nach ihrer Ankunft willkommen geheißen und uns erkundigt, ob alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit ist. Sie hatten uns geantwortet, dass sie gut angekommen sind. Was ihnen zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht gefiel, war die Microfaser-Bettwäsche und etwas verschmutzten Glasgeländer der Balkone. Die beiden hatten sich tatsächlich bereits eigene Baumwoll-Bettwäsche gekauft. Chris hatte sich bereit erklärt, die Geländer und den Fußboden am nächsten Tag selbst zu reinigen. So weit, so gut. Das wäre wirklich nett, wenn er das machen würde. Wir haben dies dann an unseren Property Manager weitergemeldet und dachten die Sache wäre erledigt. Wir haben auch angeboten, dass die beiden sich bei uns melden sollten, falls irgenwelche Probleme auftauchen sollten. Als wir uns dann nach einer weiteren Woche bei den beiden gemeldet haben, schienen sie sehr ungehalten und haben uns schwere Vorwürfe über den Zustand unserer Ferienunterkunft gemacht. Unser Angebot sich zu melden, falls irgendetwas nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit wäre, hatten sie in der Zwischenzeit leider nicht wahrgenommen. Mit Chris und Sue hatten wir wohl sehr aufmerksame Gäste. Ihnen sind Dinge aufgefallen, die bisher noch keinem unserer Gäste aufgefallen sind. Wir bedauern zutiefst, Ihnen den Aufenthalt in so einer heruntergekommenen Unterkunft zugemutet zu haben und auch noch Geld dafür verlangt zu haben. Chris und Sue haben uns geschrieben, dass sie normalerweise in 5-Sterne Hotels übernachten. Leider konnten wir den Service und Komfort eines 5-Sterne Hotels nicht bieten. Wir würden uns freuen, solch charmante Menschen wieder als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen. Wir sind immer bestrebt unseren Standard zu halten und zu verbessern. Konstruktive Kritik unserer Gäste nehmen wir immer sehr ernst und greifen sie gerne für Verbesserungen auf. Alle 5-Sterne-Bewertungen, die wir hier bisher erhalten haben, haben wir natürlich selbst verfasst ;-).

Wir waren schon in vielen Häusern in Torrevieja aber dieses war mit Abstand das Beste. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und dem Hausverwalter war sehr gut. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und reagieren super schnell. Bei der Ankunft gab’s ein Willkommenspaket für uns. Alles war sauber und ordentlich und die Ausstattung war nahezu perfekt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, trotz dass es an der Straße ist. Der beheizte Pool war gerade für die Kinder ein Highlight im Februar. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Erholung

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Casa Bettina. Die Hausbeschreibung stimmt hundertprozentig. Es erwartet einen ein mit allem Komfort ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Bei unserer Anreise standen im Kühlschrank Getränke und Lebensmittel bereit, der Pool war wie gewünscht, vorgeheizt, so dass der Urlaub sofort beginnen konnte. Die Lage des Hauses gestattet viele schöne Erkundigungen in der Umgebung. Alle notwendigen Informationen werden in einer, in unseren Augen, vorbildlichen Informationsmappe von den Eigentümern zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Eigentümer kümmern sich um ihre Gäste. Es bestand immer ein netter Kontakt. Der Aufenthalt hat uns so gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful week at this property which is exactly as described and in the photos. The home was very comfortable and was well equipped with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Our arrival to the property was somewhat delay, however there was good communication with the property manager who was kind enough to wait for us to arrive. A day or two after our arrival Bettina checked in with us to ensure our needs were met. A car would be required in order to tour the area. I would certainly recommend this home to anyone visiting this area. Thanks Bettina and Wolfgang for sharing your home with us!
