The property is walking distance to the historic courthouse square with restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit the Sexton Mill bar & grill and the Noblemen Wines tasting room!
The cottage has 2 bedrooms with king beds. The carriage house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Both houses have a full bathroom with newly renovated showers, a stocked kitchen and a comfortable living room. Both kitchens have new cabinetry, granite counters and farm house sinks.
The cottage called the “Honeymoon House” was built by Samuel Wesley Marsh, as a surprise for his fiancee Miss Marvin Morton. They married on July 22, 1930
