Very old house "Casita Mar", 2 storeys, semi-detached, built in 1936. In the resort Denia(playa Santa Ana), in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 5 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: natural state property. Terrace, barbecue, barbecue house, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 300 m, café 400 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1.7 km, ferry 1.9 km, sandy beach "Playa de Santa Anna" 5 m. Surf school, sailing school 600 m. Nearby attractions: Dunas de Santa Anna - delante de la casa 5 m, zona de dunas protegida por ley, No es un jardin que se pueda hacer, mantenimiento, plantas autóctonas. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Great location but needs renovation

The house is right at the beach, but it requires significant renovation You need to drive to the next town to pick up and drop off the keys. Quite a drive. It does not have air conditioning It’s hard to reach the agency who looks after the house.

Das Haus war innen wie außen sehr sauber. Es fehlte lediglich die Matratze vom Kinderbett, die aber umgehend von einem Interhome-Mitarbeiter gebracht wurde. Müslischalen hatten gefehlt.

DECEPCIÓN TOTAL!!

Alojamiento en situación bastante antigua y básica. Tuvimos un accidente IMPORTANTE dentro del alojamiento producido por falta de mantenimiento en el jardín el cual fueron una brecha en la pierna por haber caído en un hueco de aprox. 45 cm con resultado de 8 puntos de sutura y ninguna responsabilidad según ellos de parte de la propiedad . Saquen ustedes sus conclusiones.

Hello Maria, Thank you for your feedback. We regret the incident that occurred outside in the garden, which is very much on the border of the beach. Where there is no cement or processed ground, having uneven ground is rather a natural part of the beach house. The road is at the mercy of sifting sand and care should be taking when walking in it. That said, we always take immediate action to remedy the situation and our customer care representative has been in touch with you to provide further assistance. We appreciate your understanding. Great location but requires renovation

The location is great, but the house requires significant renovation. No air conditioning, the equipment in the kitchen is old and lacking necessary things. The bathrooms are substandard. The keys need to be picked up and dropped off in the next village, which is quite a drive. It’s hard to reach the agency who takes care of the property.

Great stay on the beach side!

Beach in front of the house was super empty so we got it all to ourself! Great location, only problem was a few roaches when we first got in and could use some more fans, other than that- great experience!

Deseando volver

Reservé la casa para pasar unos días con unos amigos y no han dejado de darme las gracias por la elección. Tener acceso directo a la playa no tiene precio. La casa maravillosa. Un poco antigua la decoración, pero todo impoluto. Hemos disfrutado mucho y estamos deseando repetir. Se lo estamos recomendando a más amigos y familia, porque realmente merece la pena. Han sido unas vacaciones de diez.
