An communal outdoor swimming pool is located 1.5km away and can be reached in 17 minutes on foot or in 3 minutes by car. The nearest bathing lake is 7km away. In case of bad weather it is recommended to visit the thermal bath "Erlebnistherme Fügen" which is 5.4km away and can be reached in 6 minutes by car. Thanks to the central location of the apartment near the village center, two financial institutions, the post office, a hairdresser and several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. In winter, the in-house pizzeria is also open, located on the first floor. The train station is also only 250m away and can be reached in 4 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk (550m) away.
