Beautiful Rustic Hill Country home 20 minutes to downtown area. Secluded neighborhood with spectacular views of lovely Texas Hill Country. Sit back and enjoy private balconies. Perfect area to escape busy city life and enjoy nature.

Please note: The hot tub is available for use with an additional $75/night to cover propane costs. Please let me know if you would like this additional amenity and we'd be happy to activate it for you!

Pets are welcome! Unauthorized pets brought onto the property without disclosure when booking, however, will result in a $250 rule-violation fee in addition to standard pet fees and any damages or additional cleaning costs.

IMPORTANT: Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times by keeping noise levels to a minimum. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Fines can be applied if this is not respected.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back again! We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub. Chad was very responsive and was extremely accommodating. Hands down a great host!
