120 square meter vacation apartment on the pony farm

The "Stallblick" holiday rental, with two large bedrooms, is approximately 120 square metres in size and is ideal for travelling with grandparents or two families who are friends, but is also cosy for as few as two people. It is located on the ground floor of the stable building and can be accessed via the apartment’s private balcony using an outdoor staircase (grating). The apartment features a bathroom with natural light, a shower, a toilet, and an urinal. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area with satellite TV invite you to cook and relax together. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, a fully automatic coffee maker, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a radio. Bed linens and towels are included, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. All rooms are bright and tastefully furnished; one of the bedrooms offers a direct view of the valley and the horses. You can choose between the two bedrooms: “Lilly” (sleeps 5): box-spring double bed (1.80×2.00 m), 2 mattresses on the loft; 4-bed “Fritzi” room: box-spring double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m, can be arranged as 2 single beds) and bunk bed (0.90 × 2.00 m). Also equipped with a small table and seating. A cot can be added to both bedrooms and is available free of charge. Life is a walk in the park! Breathe deeply, feel free and yet safe at the same time... The sweeping view of the valley and the immediate proximity to the forest and many hiking trails will let you forget about everyday life. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m.; early and late check-in upon request. Pets allowed (surcharge of 15 EUR/night). A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking; the remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival.
