Welcome to our exclusive non-smoking apartment in Villa Carlotta in the Baltic Sea resort town of Baabe. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, which consists of 10 apartments. You can enjoy the sunset from the terrace overlooking the adjacent green space. The location is very central yet quiet. You can conveniently park your car in the underground garage. A locked storage room in the basement is available for items such as bicycles. You can start your bike rides or hikes right outside the front door. Bicycle rentals are available on the nearby Strandstraße. The 7-km-long fine-sand beach is about 300 m away, and Strandstraße is about 50 m away. The water sports school is located in the immediate vicinity (windsurfing, kitesurfing, catamaran sailing). Shopping options include the nearby discount store (approx. 150 m) as well as the bakery around the corner (approx. 100 m).<br><br><br><br>Villa Carlotta, Apartment 13 with terrace:<br><br>This non-smoking apartment covers approximately 61 m² and, as a two-room apartment, offers ample space for a maximum of 2 to 4 people. A small entryway with a coat rack leads to the open living area with an adjoining kitchenette. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a movable coffee table, and a smart TV with a Denon soundbar. An included Wi-Fi internet connection is also available, which allows you to stream music via the Sono app, among other things. The modern kitchenette, equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a kettle, a coffee maker, an espresso maker, and a toaster, is complemented by a solid wood table and leather-upholstered dining chairs. From the living area, you can step out onto your furnished terrace (south/west-facing). The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), side tables with a nightlight, and a wardrobe. Thanks to blackout curtains and insect screens, nothing stands in the way of a restful night’s sleep. The interior bathroom features a vanity, a heated and illuminated mirror, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a toilet, and a large, walk-in clear-glass shower with a rain showerhead. All rooms are equipped with individually controlled radiant floor heating. From your underground parking space (No. 80, entry height 2.15 m), you can easily reach your holiday apartment by lift. In storage room No. 13, you can store beach gear, bicycles, etc. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 tea towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
