There were a few concerns of things left by previous guest. Overall we had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub!

Pros: less than ten minutes to the beach, well stocked kitchen, A/C worked wellCons: not super clean, two bags of trash left from previous guests, stained bed pillows, one comforter had a super gross remnant of a previous guest. Kitchen stove was not wiped down, Keurig worked sporadically.

The outside was not clean, dirty pool toys left in pool, shells w/dirt left, chairs had mold on cushions. Inside, lamp shade with no lamp, broken light cover over bed that could have fallen, two-showers leaked in floor so we had to share showers and lastly NO Elevator for a 3 story house,
