The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed. It isn’t super updated but it was clean and welcoming with gorgeous beach views. I could’ve stayed on the balcony all day and been happy. The kids loved the proximity to the beach and pool. There weren’t many beach chairs available at the condo so we rented some with a canopy which you can have delivered right to the door. Easy-peasy. We were originally deciding between this condo and one more updated with limited beach views and we definitely made the right choice. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Amazing stay

Overall this property was perfect. The condo is much bigger than it looks online. Very comfortable. Appliances were so updated and nice. The beach was a little busier (Memorial day) due to the beach access on both sides of the condo. Parking was never an issue since the first day the manager verified our parties and cars. Would definitely recommend this property!

Our Perfect Getaway

Schools out and it is time to put our feet in the sand. Gulf Place is our perfect getaway. It is quiet with the friendliest neighbors vacationing in other units. The view is the best whether it is sunny or rainy outside. We love our walks into the town and on the beach. **I would recommend that you have someone clean out the driers with the extra lint that is inside from the towels and beach towels. It will be more efficient for all of its use.

Exceeded Expectations

The property is beautiful, and the view was even better. We had one very minor issue and management handled very quickly. I will absolutely stay here again. It came with beach chairs and an umbrella - although that was not promised. You’ll want to check in and see what’s there before renting chairs and umbrellas. We could not have asked for more.

Spectacular sunsets!

The condo was as advertised. Very clean, with what appeared to be new appliances. The bedding was nice and very comfortable. Beach chairs and towels were provided, which is nice. The pool and the srea it was first rate. The only negative thing was the failure of our A/C while we outf for the day and returning to a 85 degree condo. I contacted the property manager who promptly responded. When I reported our A/C issue, I was told it was too late to get a service person to fix the problem. I explained that three of us, myself included, had diagnosed heart conditions and the heat posed a risk to each of us. The manager explained that the maintenance services are contracted to a specific company and they do not respond after hours, no matter what. She was very sympathetic, but said there was nothing she could, but the property's policy would be a refund of each day the A/C didn't work. After leaving early the next morning , we were contacted midafternoon that the issue was resolved. There no issues the rest of our visit.

Beautiful beachfront property. Very spacious for a family of six people. But the kitchen blinds were broken and the hurricane shutters on the dining room side were closed the whole week. Management said that someone would be in to fix them but we received no further communication and no one came to repair them. Otherwise, this property was very comfortable and the balcony was a perfect oceanfront view.
