The 70-square-meter FeWo-W2 Rose has 2 double beds in 2 bedrooms, 1 box-spring sofa bed in the living room, and is located in the Spreeparadies building, right on the Spree River in Alt-Schadow on Neuendorfer Lake. Spreeparadies is a newly built, energy-efficient home completed in 2021, featuring smart home technology, radiant floor heating, and a heat pump. A ventilation system eliminates the need for mosquito screens.
The Rose holiday rental has its own private driveway and entrance. A south-facing terrace offers views of the Spree River, the natural lock, and the Nadelwehr weir. The terrace features an electric pergola awning, patio furniture, and a sun lounger.
The bathroom/toilet and living room are located on the ground floor. A staircase and gallery in the living room lead to the two bedrooms in the attic.
The living room features a box-spring sofa bed, satellite TV, LAN/Wi-Fi, and a large dining area next to the kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Guests’ own bicycles and canoes can be stored securely in a locked garage. A Weber electric grill is available.

tolles Haus an der Spree, sehr ruhig

Ein schönes Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Perfekt für zwei Familien. Schöne Terrasse mit grossen Garten, was direkt an einer Schleuse liegt. Perfekt um die Seele baumeln zulassen und wer die Natur liebt ist genau richtig hier. Check-in lief problemlos ab und im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
