Brand New Condo in Heart of Mismaloya
Located on the main road in the heart of Mismaloya, just steps from Barceló Puerto Vallarta, Playa Mismaloya, and the Vallarta Zoo, our fully furnished 2-bed, 2-bath luxury apartment awaits!
The condo is a brand-new building beside the butterfly conservatory and backing onto the Mismaloya River—perfect for bird-watching, relaxing, and enjoying lush jungle views, all close to every convenience in town and less than 10-min walk to the beach.
The building consists of 4 units. Condo B is located on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the jungle and soothing sound of the river behind. Parking is available upon request in a secure garage or in front of the building. There is also plenty of parking in the street. The neighborhood and building are very safe.
The building has 4 spacious apartments. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It is the first apartment as soon as you climb the first set of stairs.
