Ocean Front, Unit 408! New bathrooms and remodeled kitchen!!

I truly felt bad for this returning guest when he informed me that by HIS mistake he rented our other unit. I had nothing do with assisting him making this reservation. Had he reached out I would have informed him that the unit he had previously rented was already rented. Or had he chosen the correct unit he would have seen it was not available. I did offer a partial refund and assistance to relocate him and he never replied. We found out they stayed the entire reservation. I contacted 2 other owners who had availability. I felt that was above and beyond considering he made the reservation on his own. We take great pride in each of our units. We take care of each of them equally the same. We travel twice a year to maintain them and update each one. We and our guests love that we have 1 more modern unit and 1 more traditional unit. The pictures are also 100% accurate. Also our amazing housekeeping and maintenance crew would never let any unit get 'worn out" or unkept. The same staff cleans both units!! If you reference past reviews you can see guests love this unit as well as our other. In fact we have a waiting list for each unit in the high season. Many of our guests have been renting for over 10 years!! I'm sorry this guest clearly made a mistake and rented without looking at the pictures and amazing reviews. I did give him 5 stars as a guest and I wish him the best. Its to bad he couldn't do the same after the hospitality we offered.
