Excellent furnishings in this one bedroom private entrance suite. A bright 750 sq. ft suite with 4 large windows with screens. All rooms have thermostats and electric baseboard heating. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a full-sized washer and dryer laundry room in the suite; a large dining area; a livingroom area equipped with big screen TV and Rogers cable; a workstation area with free WiFi. SKIERS take NOTE: Only 10 minutes to the nearest Coastal Mountain skiing at Grouse Mountain; 15 minutes to Cypress Bowl ski mountain; 30 minutes to Mount Seymour ski lifts. Only 1 Hour and 30 minutes to Whistler / Blackcomb Ski mountains. Sightseeing: only 12 minutes to Vancouver City Centre by car, 30 minutes by bus and Seabus to Vancouver city centre. A great stay with quick access to Stanley Park, Ambleside Park, and a short drive to Horseshoe Bay Village. Oh, and a strip mall with groceries, fast food and restaurants and high speed EV chargers just across the highway.

Very clean modern and remodeled space. Location was close to everything... Safeway, Grouse mountain, a suspension bridge, Vancouver downtown, Stanley park, Kitsilano,gastown and Grandville island. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place. Book early because it's rarely empty.

This was a perfect rental! The only thing to be aware of were the steps to get to the basement suite. But the apartment was so clean, modern, had every amenity needed, cozy with the best mattresses! Definitely recommend this place.

These were the best hosts i have ever encountered with VRBO! The price was incredible, the location is convenient, the place is spacious and absolutely gorgeous. There is many reasons this place has a 10 out of 10 listing. I highly recommend staying here!

Howie is a very friendly host, and the unit was very well kept deserving the nickname "5 star" unit. I will definitely look for this place for my next trip. The location was ideal, close to the freeway, but in a very quiet, sound proofed neighborhood, and only a few minutes to Lonsdale Ave. A shopping mall is only a walking distance away.

Suite had everything you would need for a long stay and owner communicated well and was available if needed.
We stayed for 8 days in this 1 bedroom apt. and it was exceptional. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Howie was very accommodating with check-in time and always available by phone or in person if we had any questions. The location is close to all the sights of North Vancouver and conveniently located to grocery, gas stations, shopping and easy access to Hwy. 1. We would highly recommend this VRBO.
Everything was top class. Our host Howie was very receptive to our needs though the place was so well equipped that they were minimal. It is a basement unit so natural lighting is poor but it was very well compensated by excellent interior lighting. Would definitely stay again

Our stay was super comfortable, very clean, lovely linens, comfy furniture, well equipped kitchen, and luxurious bathroom. The location is excellent. Howie, our host gave us a thorough tour when we arrived. The area is quiet and within walking distance from a large, old forest park. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it!
