What a beautiful place with a spectacular view! The house had everything we needed. Communication with the host was very easy and they were very responsive. We had a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. We would love to revisit in the future. We highly recommend this chalet!

Wonderful

Perfect cosy chalet

We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy chalet. It is perfectly equipped and we did not miss a thing. We had very relaxing time there, enjoyed the morning mist over the lake, loved the canoeing. It was a perfect vacation.

Restful Week

We spent a week relaxing at Tupper Lake, canoeing, exploring and swimming. The cottage is compact, comfortably decorated and a good size for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable, all the essentials are provided and the cottage was spotless. It was a great end of summer holiday.

Tupper Lake get away

This is a beautiful well appointed cottage. The amenities are over the top, Everything was thought about to enhance your stay. I especially enjoyed the Henkel knife block set. The area is a bit remote and the mobile service was a bit spotty, but overall a nice welcoming get away!

This is an adorable and modern cottage on a lake. The views, kayaks, and access to Kedji National Park were total bonuses. It is a totally dark sky at night so star viewing was so much fun. We saw two shooting stars! It is quiet and secluded and we slept like babies. Sonja was a delight to meet too. She creates a beautiful brochere to download before you go which explains everything. Don’t miss the experience.

Peace and tranquility!

We loved this place! Well appointed, newish build with a beautiful lakefront patio and wonderful patio lounge chairs. We paddled our kayaks everyday sometimes twice a day! If you are in need of some quiet time, this is it.

A wonderful little getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our time at this property immensely! The listing and pictures are accurate and honest. Communications with the owners were pleasant and helpful. We have loved visiting this area from the US in the past, and this stay was no different. The layout of the chalet is designed to make the beauty of the lake inescapable. This is a perfect place to relax and/or enjoy some activity. While there are neighbors not far off, our time was mostly quiet and serene. Just a short drive from Kejimkujik National park, and fairly central for day trips around the rest of lower Nova Scotia. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to getaway and enjoy some peace and fresh air with lakefront splendor!

Tolles Häuschen mit allem was man braucht. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf einen täglich veränderten See. Sehr nette Nachbarin in dem zu Hause auf Zeit. Vielen Dank für so ein schönes Chalet.

Relaxing stay on Tupper Lake

A great time here for the two of us. We went kayaking into Tupper Lake, all of it, and spent time in Keji. We also relaxed in the sun, enjoying food cooked in the kitchen as well as outstanding takeout from Hollow Log Cafe in nearby Caledonia. Would definitely stay here again.

Splendid paradise

Such a lovely, calm and beautiful cottage. Everything is new! Bright, clean and welcoming - I think we even christened the kayaks. It was exactly the peace and serenity we needed. The views of the lake are so lovely, as were the beautiful night stars. Thank you Sonja and Rick for a truly wonderful vacation.

Amazing & memorable trip at Tupper Lake Chalet

We had such a wonderful vacation and have made so many great memories at Tupper lake chalet! The cottage was brand new and completely immaculate with such attention to detail and so nicely decorated! We especially loved the triple set of sliding glass doors that made us feel like we were outside! The huge wraparound deck was amazing. The outdoors were beautiful with everything you needed and we had fun using the kayaks as there are so many tiny islands to explore on Tupper Lake. A real highlight was the panoramic views of Tupper Lake. We had our coffee on the red chairs every morning and the view was spectacular! Another highlight has to be meeting the property managers Rick and Georgie who were some of the nicest and most helpful people we have met in a long time! They made us feel so welcome and at home! We miss it already and had an amazing time!
