Bewertung Emmelsbüll Falkenstern
Der Gesamteindruck ist erst einmal sehr gut, hell, modern, gemütlich. Auf den zweiten Blick ist die Ausstattung teils eher mittelmäßig. Kühlschrank zu klein, Mülltrennung ist aus Platzmangel eigentlich nicht möglich. Bei einer Belegung mit mehr als 2 Personen wäre es sehr eng und unübersichtlich. Es sieht alles schön aus, ist an zu vielen Stellen jedoch nicht praktisch durchdacht. Sehr störend war das ständige Rauschen der Heizung, kein Abstellraum für Putzutensilien. Dafür muss man umständlich das Bett hochstellen. Das Bettzeug liegt direkt neben Putzeimer und Kehrblech, sehr unappetitlich. Bettkasten war verstaubt und voll Haare. Der Fahrradschuppen ist eine Zumutung. Viel zu schwer, umständlich anzuheben. Die Nähe zu den anderen Wohnungen wäre, sofern belegt, für mich auch eine Zumutung. Dafür, dass man auf dem platten Land vielleicht ruhig wohnen möchte geht das gar nicht. Das es bei Vollbelegung sehr lebhaft sein könnte, sollte in der Beschreibung unbedingt erwähnt werden. Jeder guckt jedem quasi überall in die Fenster, sogar durch die Haustür.
Leider kann ich die Unterkunft/-künfte nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in der Lage und unter den vorhandenen Umständen nach meinen Erfahrungen und Erfahrungen mit anderen Ferienunterkünften nicht.

Schön, dass Ihr Gesamteindruck sehr gut ist.
Ihre Kritik bezüglich der Ausstattung haben wir aufgenommen und kümmern uns um eine Verbesserung. Wir standen ja ebenfalls mehrmals telefonisch in Kontakt. Leider haben Sie dort die hier aufgezählten Kritikpunkte während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht weitergegeben. Gerne hätten wir unser möglichstes getan, um Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Im Inserat ist ersichtlich, dass es sich um eine Wohnung in einem sanierten Gasthof mit mehreren Parteien handelt. Wir bedauern, dass die Unterkunft trotzdem leider nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
