It is idyllically situated in Emmelsbüll, near Dagebüll—the gateway to the North Frisian Islands—offering a peaceful base from which to explore the North Sea coast. From Dagebüll, you can easily reach the islands of Amrum and Föhr, or take the train from Niebüll to Sylt.

You can make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an adjoining dining area, making it a wonderful space for cooking together. You can spend delightful hours enjoying the fresh North Sea air on the sun terrace, which opens onto a shared garden. An electric grill is available for sociable barbecue evenings.

The bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a double bed. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for up to two additional guests.

The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the entire apartment features underfloor heating.

A small village shop is located right in the village and is easily accessible on foot. A dedicated parking space is available in front of the house, and any bicycles you bring along can be safely stored in a lockable bike garage.
