Peaceful Home Retreat

This comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath single-family home is located in a quiet, established residential neighborhood in Dade City. The home offers privacy, convenience, and flexible space for visiting family, extended stays, remote work, or local events.

The interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and dishwasher, dining table seating for four plus additional bar seating, and a comfortable living area with Smart TV. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku-enabled TV. A dedicated workspace with desk and natural light provides a convenient option for remote work or longer stays. Central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. The large screened lanai features an outdoor kitchen with air fryer, a dining table seating six, comfortable lounge seating, and a hammock. Just beyond the lanai is an open-air backyard deck and a private yard with lawn space and mature landscaping.

The in-ground pool is fully fenced for safety and available seasonally (closed November through March). Please note the pool is not heated.

Driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles.

We live nearby and personally manage the property, allowing us to be responsive if needed while always respecting our guests’ privacy.

Whether you're visiting family, attending an event, working remotely, or simply spending time in the area, this home is designed to provide a comfortable and practical place to settle in

For security purposes, exterior cameras monitor the perimeter of the property and the pool. There are no interior cameras and no audio recording.

Place full trash bags into large trash bin next to shed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and guests are expected to respect the surrounding community.
Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Any additional guests must be approved in advance through the booking platform.
Pool is seasonal (closed November–March) and not heated. The pool safety fence and self-closing gate must not be removed, altered, or propped open.
