Other Important Details to note:
• $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.
• Wristbands: Required for pool and Beach Club access. Provided upon arrival after completing the Watercolor check-in.
• Watercolor Compliance: The community enforces parking and noise with 24/7 security. All guests must register with Hose and Watercolor and abide by community rules.
• Golf Carts and LSV: Our building does not have an accessible charging location. All golf carts must be rented through the community's authorized vendor; quantities are limited.
• Parking: 2 parking passes for our green lot. Strictly enforced parking ordinances. Please read the parking guidelines provided.
• 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college students or minors.
• No parties or events. No smoking. No Pets.
• Accessibility: Elevator and stair access.
• Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording) and cameras (Cameras may be outside at the front door). The home follows PMI Purify's advanced cleaning protocols.
• Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background check.
