Ocean view included! Our modern, spacious “SeaSide” apartment is located right on the Warnemünde promenade. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.

Our modern, spacious “SeaSide” apartment is located right on the Warnemünde promenade. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent unobstructed view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. The “SeaSide” apartment is approximately 35 square metres in size and designed for 2 people. The building has an lift. The living room features a large glass front that floods the entire room with light. From here, you have an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and DVD player; the sleeping area features two light-colored rattan beds. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth on cool days, and the large window front is protected by an exterior roller shade. The apartment has laminate flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

The apartment includes a free underground parking space (No. 9) in the building.

You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
