The exclusive “Seeblick” duplex apartment is available for rent at Villa “Lipsia.” Dear guests, welcome to Villa Lipsia! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.

The exclusive “Seeblick” vacation apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with high-quality furnishings. You can easily reach the apartment via the building’s elevator (please note: there are steps leading to the elevator and from the elevator to the apartment). It spans the 1st and 2nd attic floors and features a living room with a large seating area, TV/radio/CD/DVD, free Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms (each with a TV), a dining room, a top-of-the-line built-in kitchen with all the trimmings, 2 bathrooms with a hair dryer, a sauna with a tepidarium, a whirlpool, a sunny south-facing balcony, a small east-facing balcony, and a large balcony facing the lake with a magnificent lake view (please note that this balcony is divided into two sections and has no fixed partition separating it from the neighboring apartment), with a living area of approximately 145 square meters. The built-in kitchen features an electric range with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the sea from the dining table. A washer and dryer are provided. The apartment has hardwood floors. From the bedroom, you can watch the sailboats.
A parking space is available in the building for a fee.

The apartment’s initial supply includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
