Positioned above a three-car garage, the studio is fully detached and features its own private access and entrance, offering guests a peaceful sense of privacy and separation.

Inside, vaulted ceilings and numerous windows create a bright, airy atmosphere filled with natural light. Cheerful décor and recent updates lend the space a fresh, welcoming feel, while views of surrounding trees and mountain scenery enhance the connection to Cannon Beach's natural beauty.

Thoughtfully designed for one or two guests, the studio features a comfortable queen bed and a sleeper sofa that creates a relaxed sitting area for reading, watching a movie, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach. The full kitchen provides everything needed for easy meals at home (please note there is no dishwasher), while the open living area offers plenty of room to spread out. A dedicated workspace with a built-in desk and generous storage makes Salt and Cedar especially well suited for working remotely, writing, or other creative pursuits. The complementary high-speed WiFi (328 Mbps) supports seamless remote work, streaming, and video calls.

Outdoor living is just as inviting. At the top of the entry stairs, guests will find a private deck with seating and BBQ, perfect for morning coffee or evening grilling.

The garage below is reserved for owner storage and is only infrequently accessed, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed stay. Convenient outdoor parking is provided.
