Guests will enjoy the main house (UNIT 1) to themselves except the garage/owner’s suite. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every bedroom and living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated coffee & snack station to help you feel at home the moment you arrive.
The home is all yours during your stay 😊
There is a locked owner’s suite located within the home that may be occupied occasionally. This space is not accessible to guests and is completely private. There are no shared living areas, and your stay will remain private, comfortable and uninterrupted.
The living area is perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the backyard offers a cozy space to unwind in the evenings.
The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and essentials for preparing meals. Fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and starter supplies are provided for your convenience.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are prohibited on the property due to severe allergies of the homeowner living on-site. Violation will result in cancellation without refund.
No smoking/vaping inside the house. Violation of this will result in a $500 penalty and additional cleaning charges.
No shoes inside the house on carpet as a means of keeping the house clean for current and future guests. A shoe tray will be provided at entry.
