Enjoy being able to walk right out to the pool area in the summer from this cozy condo. It is also walking distance to the local park and new ice rink for play time with children. A total of 4 people can be accommodated. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. Flat screen tv in the living room with free access to HBO, Showtime and Netflix. There is High speed wireless internet in the unit plus usb ports for all of your electronics. New stove and bed. THIS UNIT IS ALLOWED 2 CARS/PARKING PASSES ONLY. NO PETS ALLOWED
