Perched above the Smokies, A Tree Top View is a luxury Gatlinburg retreat designed to make the mountains the main event. Set on a private 0.86-acre lot just about 2.2 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath cabin delivers panoramic views from every level—the kind that stop you mid-conversation when the clouds roll through the ridgelines.
Inside, you’ll find a warm, upscale mountain style with custom-built furnishings and high-end finishes that feel both polished and comfortable—perfect for families, couples traveling together, or friends gathering for a long weekend. Large windows frame the scenery like artwork, while the cabin’s generous layout (approximately 2,400 sq ft) gives everyone room to spread out and truly unwind.
After a day exploring the Parkway, hiking, or chasing waterfalls, come back to your favorite kind of “night in.” Or take advantage of swimming pool access for an easy afternoon reset. Fire up a movie with raised theater seating, challenge your crew at the pool table, or kick back and enjoy the mountain air from the deck.
Whether you’re here for family time, a couples’ getaway, or a mountain escape with friends, A Tree Top View delivers that rare combination of close-to-town convenience and high-elevation, big-sky Smoky Mountain scenery—a true Gatlinburg cabin experience.
Location: A Tree Top View sits in a quiet, wooded hillside residential area on the east side of Gatlinburg, giving you that true “mountain cabin” feel—privacy, elevation, and big views—while still being close to town. You’re about 2.2 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg, so it’s an easy drive to the Parkway’s restaurants, shops, attractions, and seasonal events without having to stay in the middle of the bustle.
One of the best perks of this location is how quickly you can reach Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hikes, scenic drives, and wildlife viewing. Gatlinburg is famously “the gateway” to the Smokies, and the park’s main North District access is via US-441/Newfound Gap Road. For a great starting point, Sugarlands Visitor Center is located two miles south of Gatlinburg on US-441, making it convenient to grab maps, check trail conditions, and start exploring.
