Natur und Kultur in Hessen erleben

Der Standort des "Tiny House" ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung - egal ob Kassel, Heringen, Bebra oder Bad Hersfeld, es gibt einige spannende Museen und hübsche Städte zu Entdecken. Auch für Wanderer ist einiges geboten: im Ort selbst gibt es einen 11km langen abwechslungsreichen Naturwanderweg und Bebra bietet unter dem Mottp "Quincunx" gleich mehrere Routen. Der Wanderweg „Adel“ führt beispielsweise auf einer 7,7 Kilometer langen Strecke von Solz nach Imshausen und zurück. Die Unterkunft selbst ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte durch wenige Dinge wie ein wenig Gerümpel entsorgen, Sichtschutz erneuern und die Terrassenausstattung erneuern, schon deutlich an Charme gewinnen. Die Parksituation an der engen Straße ist etwas ungünstig, wenn man auf alle Nachbarn Rücksicht nehmen möchte. Alles in allem war es ein schöner und abwechslungsreicher Aufenthalt in Hessen!

Panzertape hält die Welt zusammen

Die Bewertungen vor 2018 und Fotos von einem Gästebuch sind von einer anderen Immobilie. Das TinyHouse hat logischer Weise keinen Kachelofen und ist auch nicht von Gruppen bewohnbar. Schade, dass sich so gute Bewertungen für das TinyHouse scheinbar ermogelt werden sollten. Hat das Objekt eigentlich nicht nötig. Ansonsten ist das Konzept des Hauses schön und es ist fast ein bisschen wie Camping - ganz nah an der Natur. Was mir auf den Fotos leider nicht ganz aufgefallen ist (aber dort korrekt abgebildet ist), ist die Technik. Die eigentliche Klimaaanlage, welche außerhalb des TinyHouses noch hängt , wurde durch einen nachgerüsteten Inneneinbau ersetzt. Leider wurde das große Rohr zur alten Anlage in der Wand der Wohnküche nur mit Panzertape verschlossen. Ein Regalbrett verdeckt das Ganze. Die eigentlichen Herdplatten sind auch außer Betrieb. Die Regler wurden mit Panzertape angeklebt und das Ganze durch eine geriffelte Holzplatte abgedeckt. Hübsch, aber leider schlecht sauber zu halten. Die Ersatzherdplatten funktionieren einwandfrei. Auch das Warmwasser funktioniert problemlos. Es muss also niemand Angst haben kalt zu Duschen. Gleiches gilt für das WLAN. Die Inneneinrichtung ist ansonsten meist ein bisschen wackelig. Auch einen Küchenstuhl und den Schrank im Schlafzimmer ziert ein wenig Panzertape. Der Check-In war problemlos und lief super. Die Anmerkungen zu einer bereits defekten Gefrierfachtür und nicht mehr sicher regenwassergeschützten Außensteckdosen wurden leider nicht beantwortet. Fazit: Eigentlich ein schönes Häuschen, ein bisschen Liebe und Reparaturen würden ihm aber nicht schaden.

Urlaub in Iba.

Das "Häusschen" ist gut eingerichtet, es ist alles da man für einen Ferienaufenthalt so braucht. Auf der Terrasse zu sitzen war leider nicht drin, was aber am Wetter lag. Die Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen sind ausgezeichnet.

Eine Perle!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in diesem Häuschen. Es ist alles das, was man braucht und man fühlt sich der Natur so nahe. Auch die Abwickelung mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut geklappt. Danke und gerne wieder !
