I'll start out by saying that I selected this property because I had multiple communications with the host during the selection process and she was very accommodating and very helpful. I stayed three nights with my grandson who is11. She made special provision so that he could sleep on the couch and I slept in the comfortable bed in the bedroom. The place suited our needs and in fact we didn't have an opportunity to use some of the amenities that were available to us but we were happy to know that the option was there. The place was clean and tidy and easily accessible. The host also was very accessible as we communicated with her a few times during our stay, with questions etc. We definitely will consider staying at this location another time if we are in the area.

Hi Morgan and Richard, I am sorry that your experience was not as you expected. I definitely did not expect so many rental agreement violations from your stay. Multiple unregistered overnight guests, minor individuals being dropped off and left unattended during the day as well as overnight, and several disturbances to neighbors are all issues we have never seen with our rental properties until this reservation. The glitter dusting the interior of the apartment was also a delightful touch for our cleaner to deal with after you checked out. We try to go above and beyond for our guests to have a clean, relaxing stay, and will always try to amend any issues our guests report. Cheers.
