* Can sleep up to 4 guests

Surf city is a lovely, laid-back, family friendly beach. The unit is ideally located right across the street from beach access. We also enjoyed the pool which was clean and well maintained. The unit was clean and has two bathrooms which is really helpful with our party of five. We also too full advantage of the sound facing balcony. It is a relaxing spot to start or end your day. Check-in and out were seamless and easy.

We have stayed multiple times with no issues. Great for fishing. Very smooth transition to Paragon, we will be returning.

While the room itself was fine for our small family. The property conditions were not good. The pool was dirty the entire 7 days and it was only cleaned once. The outdoor showers were dirty and had trash and sand covering them. The property just Needs alot of maintenance. If you are expecting a typical condo stay this is not it. It’s more of a large hotel room. Kitchen has bare essentials at best. The listing shows a nice picnic area with grills. However there is only one very old charcoal grill for a property that has over 50 rooms so therefore at no point unless you stood outside in a line could you even use the one grill. the property manager was very nice and communicated well.
