About this property

Barn Loft Studio with Large Deck and Kitchenette Close to Hagg Lake and Wineries

One room loft space with kitchenette and large deck on 80 acres. Our loft studio is located inside our newly built barn in beautiful Patton Valley.
This space is located in the middle of wine country, with many wineries just minutes away. We are about 6 miles from Henry Hagg Lake. Forest Grove, McMenamins Grand Lodge and concert venue and Pacific University are about 7 miles away. There is a large private parking area. You will also have access to the large covered patio area on the south end of the barn. You can sip coffee on the deck or gaze out into the valley from the large covered outdoor area.
This space has a king bed and a comfortable seating area with coffee table and a ceiling fan.
There is a wall mounted TV and WiFi.
There are two high top tables with chairs for eating and/or working.
There is also a half bath in the unit with a full bathroom located downstairs.
The kitchenette and sideboard are equipped with Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, combo toaster oven/air fryer and a mini fridge with small freezer. Glassware, utensils, plates, bowls, knives, cutting boards, scissors, bottle openers and more are also provided.
We have two extremely friendly indoor / outdoor tuxedo shorthair cats that hang around the property and the barn. They are not allowed to stay in the loft but do sneak in on occasion. Please be aware if you are allergic.
