This place was fantastic. It had everything you needed for a relaxing stay, as well as things we didn’t even know we needed! We rented a boat for the week, and the dock was nice and easy to tie to. The property came with a fish cleaning station as well as an outdoor deep freezer which were both pleasant surprises for all the fishing we did! The house was very clean with plenty of extra towels and bedding and all the basics we needed. The house is nicer than it looks in the pictures. Roy the owner was great. Communicative and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Next time we’re in the keys, we will definitely seek out this place to stay again.

We loved the place. Very clean, great location, freshly remodeled. The dock and canal were great for our jetskis, too bad it’s seaweed season and it’s everywhere. It fouled the jetski intakes often. Seemed to be a bit worse on the Atlantic side. There was a family of three manatees came up the canal to visit and we hand fed them cabbage from the dock and the kids were giddy with glee. The master bath could use a towel hanger and some storage space. Has an outdoor grill, washer dryer, fishing rods and snorkeling gear and we used it all except the grill. Also has freshwater hoses on the side and at a fish cleaning station next to the dock. The papa manatee held open his mouth for a long drink from the hose. Great WiFi and local info provided in a binder in the living room. There’s a pier and beach only a few blocks away that’s great for viewing sunsets. We never made it to the cabana club.
