Come visit us at Urlaubslust Trassenheide Holiday Rentals. The 3-room apartment is approximately 76 m² and was completed in 2013. It features a large combined living/dining area (open-concept kitchen) with a couch, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats 6 people.There is also a fireplace in the living room. The first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a closet; the second bedroom has a sleeper sofa and a closet. The couch in the living area can be used as a bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom/toilet is equipped with a large shower, a hair dryer, and towel hooks.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony with patio furniture. A parking space is available free of charge. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2–6 people.



The holiday home is located in the state-recognized seaside resort of Trassenheide, in a sunny and quiet residential area within the Am Walde residential park, directly behind the Baltic Sea dune forest. Visit us at Urlaubslust Trassenheide holiday rentals and secure the best deal. The wide, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about a 15-minute walk away, or just a few minutes by bike or car (a large car park is available at the beach). Kilometres of white sandy beaches, lakes, the Achterwasser lagoon, secluded spots, unspoiled nature, and beautiful forests right nearby invite you to relax.A detour to the famous imperial spas of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin with their well-known piers, a trip to nearby Peenemünde with its Aerospace Museum, or an excursion to the surrounding fishing villages offer plenty of variety.

Vermieter nicht empfehlenswert.

Eine von ersten Tag an defekte Spülmaschine wurde vom Vermieter mit dem Kommentar abgetan, das dieses höhere Gewalt sei und die Spülmaschine in unserem 14 tägigen Aufenthalt auch nicht repariert und ausgetauscht werden könne. Unser Einwand das wir aber eine Fewo mit Spülmaschine gebucht hätten kommentierte er ziemlich unfreundliche mit wollen sie jetzt etwa Geld zurück! Weitere Mängel wie ein verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche, ein verrosteter Duschkopf aus dem das Wasser überall rauslief nur nicht da wo es sollte. Keine Duschabtrennung dafür einen Abzieher an der Wand befestigt um das Wasser nach dem Duschen in den Abfluss zu befördern. Das kenne ich sonst nur von Campingplätzen. Magere Küchenausstattung, verrostete Pfannen wo sich die Beschichtung ablöste, eine total abgeschrubbelte und fleckige Polstergarnitur und die Kommentare des Vermieters, der die Schuld für alles immer bei seinen Gästen sucht machen diese Wohnung und vor allem den Vermieter nicht empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibung im Internet und der tatsächliche Zustand stimmen genau überein. Einziges Manko, was aber als ausgesprochenes persönliches Empfinden zu bewerten ist: für ältere Menschen ist die Couch sehr niedrig. :) Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und ich kann die Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Kleiner Tipp zur Ausstattung: ein Brotkörbchen incl. Brötchenmesser und ein Tablett wären ganz nett. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub in schöner Umgebung bei bestem Wetter. Ganz nebenbei hat das 9-EURO-Ticket entspannte Ausflüge mit der UBB möglich gemacht.

Schöne Wohnung und einfacher Check in. Wir hatten die Woche Fahrräder gemietet, dadurch war alles gut erreichbar.
